Warangal has a genuinely old core and a fast-growing outskirts, and the two need different work. In the old town the roofs are thick, patched many times over, and often carry the remains of three or four earlier treatments that have to come off before anything new goes on. On the new layouts the problem is the opposite: thin slabs, quick construction and joints that were never sealed.

How the work is done
- Step 01
Surface preparation
We grind off the loose, flaking top layer with wire cup wheels, so the new work sticks to strong concrete.
- Step 02
Pressure grouting
If a crack goes through the slab, we pump cement grout into it from the top or from below, until the full depth is filled.
- Step 03
Chipping and repacking
Loose and hollow patches are chipped out and filled again with polymer-mixed mortar, finished level with the slab.
- Step 04
Crack treatment
Surface cracks are cut into a V-groove, filled with epoxy and, after drying, sealed with a flexible PU sealant.
- Step 05
Coving
The joint between the terrace and every parapet wall is packed into a rounded fillet, so water does not stay in the corner.
- Step 06
Two-coat application
Two polymer-cement coats – the first brushed one way, the second across it after drying. Then a protective top coat in the colour you choose.
