Pressure grouting and leak sealing
Some leaks cannot be solved with a coating on top, because the water is already inside the concrete. In those cases we drill, fix packers and pump grout into the crack under pressure, filling the path from the inside out.

What causes it
The same wet patch can come from different places, and each one needs a different fix. This is what we look for on site.

Structural and shrinkage cracks
Cracks that go through the member cannot be sealed from one face alone. They have to be filled along their depth.

Construction joints
Where one pour of concrete meets the next, there is a natural line of weakness that water follows.
- 03
Honeycombing
Pockets of poorly compacted concrete are open networks inside the member.
Our pressure grouting process
Step by step, in this order. Nothing is skipped to finish a day early.
- 01
Mark and drill
The crack is followed and holes are drilled at an angle to intersect it, at regular spacing on both sides.
- 02
Fix packers and seal the surface
Packers, or nipples, are fixed in the holes and the surface of the crack is sealed so the grout does not simply escape.
- 03
Inject under pressure
Grout is pumped in from the lowest packer upwards, until it shows at the next one. That tells us the section is full.
- 04
Remove and finish
After the grout sets, the packers are removed and the holes are packed and finished flush.
