What we find on Ongole terraces
Ongole runs hot and mostly dry, then takes its rain in short heavy bursts. That pattern is harder on a terrace than steady rain, because the slab has spent months expanding and cracking in the heat and then has to hold a lot of water at once with no time to drain. Outlets sized for a gentle shower back up, water stands where it was never meant to, and it goes in through cracks that opened in April.

How the work is done
- Step 01
Surface preparation
We grind off the loose, flaking top layer with wire cup wheels, so the new work sticks to strong concrete.
- Step 02
Pressure grouting
If a crack goes through the slab, we pump cement grout into it from the top or from below, until the full depth is filled.
- Step 03
Chipping and repacking
Loose and hollow patches are chipped out and filled again with polymer-mixed mortar, finished level with the slab.
- Step 04
Crack treatment
Surface cracks are cut into a V-groove, filled with epoxy and, after drying, sealed with a flexible PU sealant.
- Step 05
Coving
The joint between the terrace and every parapet wall is packed into a rounded fillet, so water does not stay in the corner.
- Step 06
Two-coat application
Two polymer-cement coats – the first brushed one way, the second across it after drying. Then a protective top coat in the colour you choose.
