What goes wrong on godowns & warehouses
Warehouse roofs fail differently from house roofs. The span is long, the surface moves a great deal between a hot afternoon and a cool night, and almost every failure is at a joint, a fixing or the junction where the roof meets the parapet, not in the middle of the sheet. Because the underside is high and usually dark, water gets in for weeks before it is noticed, and by then it has found the stock. Paddy, cotton, fertiliser and packaged goods are all ruined by damp long before a roof looks obviously wet.

That means surveying with the godown loaded, phasing the roof bay by bay so only part of the shed is out of use, and doing the noisy, dusty preparation before the coating rather than in the middle of a working week. Where a shutdown genuinely cannot happen, we sequence the work so each bay is watertight the same day it is opened.
